Workforce FAQs

We welcome applications from both full time and part time staff who currently work at the acute hospitals, either on a fixed term contract (FTC) or secondment where practicable. Some agency staff may also be required where recruiting via the FTC or secondment route advertised through NHS jobs and other recruitment advertising channels have not been successful. We may also have roles that are open to external applicants and will state that on job adverts where applicable. If you wish to apply for a secondment, you must get your managers' agreement first to confirm they will release you if successful.

Where will jobs be advertised?

Roles will be advertised on the NHS Jobs website TRAC. Each post listing will include a job description along with the specifics required for candidates to apply and closing dates. We are taking a phased approach to recruitment to help onboard successful candidates so jobs will be posted as and when they are available to open. We recommend keeping a regular check on the TRAC website if you are interested in working on the EPR Programme. The roles are also on this EPR Hub website under current vacancies.
