Transformation & Adoption colleagues support digital innovation, acting as a leader and advocate of their profession in the EPR programme. With a focus on engagement, they ensure that colleagues are involved as the 3 Acute Trust's EPR evolves, putting high-quality, best-practice clinical care at the centre of the programme and acting as the voice of their profession.

These wide-ranging roles are integral to the programme's clinical leadership acting as agents for improvement and change, becoming expert-users of the system and ensuring that colleagues are supported.
